We greatly value the support our PTFA give in helping us to build and maintain a lively, happy and well-resourced school for our children. All parents of children at our school are automatically members of the PTFA and are very much welcomed at our regular informal meetings.
What is the PTFA?
PTFA stands for Parents, Teachers and Friends Association. It is a voluntary organisation that brings together parents, carers, staff and friends of Marton to raise much needed funds for our school through organising fun events for our school community such as Monsters’ Disco, Christmas & Summer Fairs, Quiz and Games Nights and BBQs.
How often are the meetings?
The PTFA meets officially once every half term. Members may sometimes arrange to meet together informally before an event to finalise arrangements. This is entirely up to you!
When and where do the meetings take place?
Our regular meetings have been suspended during the pandemic, but we hope to resume these (and other PTFA activities, such as the Christmas Fair) from September 2022.
