Complaints

Marton’s Out of School Group aims to provide a high quality, efficient and accessible service to the children and parents / carers of our school.

Should you wish to make a complaint about our Out of School provision please bring the matter to the attention of the group Supervisor or call or email the school. However, if this procedure does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction you are able to make a formal referral firstly to the Headteacher and then to Chair of Governors via the school office.
