Free bike loan for Blackpool Residents

Blackpool’s Pedal Power Workshop is offering the free loan of a bicycle for Blackpool Residents. Priority will be given to applicants who are on a low wage, volunteers, NHS workers and BCH residents. Please find attached a form for free refurbished bike loans.
